Bullying or discrimination over gender, race, ethnic group or social background is forbidden, and accounts may be suspended.
No threats
Aggressive or threatening behavior isn't tolerated. Threats of physical harm get an account deactivated.
18 and over
The Terms set the age limit at 18. Anyone who seems younger than that should be reported first, and then you leave the call.
Be yourself
Use your own photo if you add one, and don't lie about your age or pretend to be someone else.
Two Controls for a Call That Goes Wrong
Not every stranger will be a good match. Next ends the call and brings someone new, and you owe no explanation.
While you are matching, the shield symbol lets you file a report and choose what went wrong. TransChat.tv says it handles physical-risk reports first and is responsive to all reports within 20 business days. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the police as well.
